SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Costs
Free Shipping Worldwide!

We cover duties and taxes for shipments to all countries. You won't pay additional fees beyond the product price.

Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation/returns will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times includes order preparation and shipping. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not consider possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or product availability. Deliveries are not prepared on weekends and not delivered on Sundays and other public holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation once the order has been shipped.

RETURN POLICY

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return it back to us within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Simply send a return request to info@matriarqe.com, we'll get back to you in 24-72 hours. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returning Condition
The item(s) should be returned unused and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging. Matriarqè reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued.

Return Shipping
Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs. Shipping charges, insurance fees, duties and taxes for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Matriarqè.

Matriarqè takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return for this reason we suggest returning your parcel using “track and trace”, allowing you to trace your parcel and preventing possible disputes between sender and receiver.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and inform us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the incorrect product so that we can evaluate the problem and solve it.

Sale Items
Item/s marked as "sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges
Please note we do not accept exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Processing time for returns
Please allow us from 7 to 14 business days for your return to be processed after our warehouse receives the returned item. You will receive email notification of when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed. After receiving your returned product we will refund the purchase price into your bank account within 7-14 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have still not received your refund, please contact us at info@matriarqe.com.

Events outside our Control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our control including in particular (without limitation) the following:

- Strikes, lockouts or other industrial action.
- Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
- Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.
- Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
- Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.
- The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
- Any shipping, postal or other relevant transport strike, failure or accidents.

Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the events outside our control, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavors to find a solution.

Our right to vary these Terms
We have the right to revise and amend these Terms from time to time. You will be subject to the policies, Terms in force at the time that You order products from us, unless any change to those policies, Terms or Privacy Statement is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by You).
