Where does Matriarqè ship to?

We ship worldwide. Your order will be packaged with utmost
care and delivered wherever is most convenient for you.

How much does shipping costs?

Shipping is free on all orders over 100€.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes ?

We cover duties and taxes for shipments to all countries. You won't pay additional fees beyond the product price.

Where do you ship from?

Your order will be shipped to you from one of our warehouses in Turkey.

When will my purchase ship?

In-stock items typically ship out 5 business days after the order is placed (or if it’s a pre-order, then on the date specified on the product page).

When will my order arrive?

You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”

How can I track my order?

You can track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey. Please allow us 2-5 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return it back to us within 14 days of receiving it. Simply contact info@matriarqe.com to start a return.

Once you have received our confirmation to return your order, you can send it back. Your order will need to arrive back within 14 days of receiving the product.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I return a “sale item” ?

Item/s marked as "sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

What is the processing time for returns?

Please allow us from 7 to 14 business days for your return to be processed after our warehouse receives the returned item. You will receive email notification of when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed. After receiving your returned product we will refund the purchase price into your bank account within 7-14 days.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

If a product is not in stock, when will it be available again?

Our stock is updated regularly. If the item you would like to purchase is not available, you can place a preorder (if it is available), or you can always sign up to our waiting list to be notified when the item becomes available again. Some products that we do not plan to re-run will be noted as Limited Edition. If there is a particular product you would like to enquire about, please contact us.

Problems logging in?

If you have some troubles logging into your Matriarqè account, there is nothing to worry about! You can re-set your password by clicking the ‘I forgot my password’ link when you are signing in. If this doesn’t work, please contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process our orders very quickly and unfortunately cannot typically make changes after an order has been placed. If you notice the mistake straight away, though, please send us an email at info@matriarqe.com to see if a modification can be made. Please contact our team as soon as possible, we will try to help you.

Where can I find my invoice?

Your invoice will be sent by email along with your confirmation. You can download your invoice using the link in the order confirmation email.

Is there any discount on larger orders?

Yes! If you are interested in a custom quote, please visit our contact page and fill out the form or simply send a request to info@matriarqe.com, we'll get back to you in 24-72 hours.

What materials do you use?

All Matriarqè items are made from high quality calf leather. We take responsibility in selecting exclusively leathers that are by-products from the meat industry.
We believe that using only ethically sourced, high-quality materials such as LWG-certified calf leather, 100% cotton canvas fabrics, nickel-free metal accessories, and other natural fibers demonstrates our commitment to the highest ecological and quality standards.

How is your Matriarqè made?

Our designs are created with traditional weaving techniques and imbued with a contemporary sensibility. All of the pieces are handcrafted by skilled artisans who practice this technique masterfully.

With a big focus on sustainability, we support our own community by hiring local artisans for craftmanship and using the finest natural materials available.

Our aim is to make a difference and improve the way traditions are preserved and the workers are treated. We want to make our customers feel good and empowered, knowing that they bought an honest product with a lasting legacy.

How do I find out more about the product?

Are Matriarqè leather colours the same as the preview on-screen?

The colours shown on our website are as close as possible to the leather colours however they may vary a bit depending on your screen.

How should I care for my Matriarqè?

Since our products are carefully crafted with the very best materials, they can last a long time with the proper care. To prolong the enjoyment of your Matriarqè item we recommend the following:

Keep your product in the provided dust bag, fully stuffed and standing upright. This will preserve the integrity of the design and protect the bag from being marked. Avoid your bag from water, if exposed to water, leave wet leather to dry naturally, never use artificial heat.
