To preserve the quality of your Matriarqè item, we recommend you take the following steps:

• Store the bag in its original dust bag, when not in use.
• Do a quick cleaning daily, wiping your leather bag with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth.
• Keep it away from humidity, salt, rain, over-exposure to direct light and sources of heat.
• Avoid contact with alcohol, perfumes, oils, cosmetics and other abrasive products and surfaces.
• Avoid using waterproofing products.
• Avoid contact with any materials which may transfer their colour pigments onto our products.
• In case of contact with water, wipe the surface with a clean, dry and soft light-coloured cloth and leave to dry completely at room temperature.
• To clean leather and metal hardware, wipe the surface with a clean, dry and soft light-coloured cloth.
• It is not recommended to use cleaning products that are not adapted to leather and suede.
• Do not use chemical stain removers on suede garments. Use a suede brush to rub gently to bring back the normal texture.
